Fees at DAC fall under two heads. Choose the correct head — each head is remitted through its own payment gateway and is accounted for separately.
Deposit fees online against your case number. A receipt is issued for every payment and is emailed against the case number.
Caution: The Centre never asks for payment into any personal account or UPI ID. All payments are made only through the official payment gateways on this page, or by Pay Order / Demand Draft deposited with DAC against a receipt.

Apart from payment through the payment gateway, payment can only be made by Pay Order / Demand Draft. Payment through RTGS / NEFT / cash deposit or direct bank transfer is not permitted. The Pay Order / Demand Draft must be deposited with DAC only, against a receipt.

a) Payment towards Head-I (DAC Administrative Fees):
The Pay Order / Demand Draft shall be drawn in favour of
"Delhi Arbitration Centre", payable at New Delhi,
and shall be accompanied by a covering letter stating the
case reference number, names of the parties, and
purpose of the deposit.
b) Payment towards Head-II (Arbitrator's Arbitration Fees):
The Pay Order / Demand Draft shall be drawn in favour of
"Arbitration and Conciliation Institution",
payable at New Delhi, and shall be accompanied by a
covering letter stating the case reference number,
names of the parties, and purpose of the deposit.
